System requirements for EAC

I have been a long time user of EAC on Windows XP platform, but only just joined this group I am upgrading my system with a brand new fanless PC running 64-bit Windows 10. But I cannot find a definitive statement on the system requirements for running EAC. Will EAC run on this platform - and if so, what version of EAC is recommended?
