CD tray opening after disc insertion

Hello everyone,

I'm new here, and just wanted to start off by saying that this is one of the best programmes I've ever used. I'm an avid live music collector/trader and this programme has been indispensible over the years. I can't believe that I've just paid for it now after all these years. Shame on me.


I am using v1.3 and every time I load a disc into the drive, the programme spits it back out with an empty file explorer window opening and a dialogue box on top of that saying "please insert a disc into drive x" I can close and open this drive drawer numerous times and it never takes. Then, without warning, it will stay closed and I can then continue ripping the disc. This didn't happen before (before what, I hear you ask!) and have no idea how it all started. I have 2 blu ray burners (Pioneer BDR 208M & 209M) and it happens with both of them - and with either blank or full discs.


I am almost convinced that it is a check box somewhere that I have either checked, or forgotten to check. Can anyone here help me with my problem?
