The use of AccurateRip can tell you if an extraction had errors, but only if the CD you are ripping is in the database. It can’t do anything for audio CDs not in the database (rare CDs, very new CDs, burned audio CDs, etc.). Easy/Exact Audio Copy have always focused on advanced error detection, retries, and techniques to recover audio during the ripping process, something that other software often lacks. Getting a notification that a rip had errors is of limited value if the software you use can’t do any better when you try again.
