RE: Warning error

Thanks all for all the suggestions.  Given the comments Mike Patrick I installed on a Win 7 system and took all defaults.  I made no changes to tags and used a local directory.  All worked perfect.  I started to work through various options and found that it is the NAS director, as Lin suggested, that makes the difference.  Does everyone else use local directories or do some use network/NAS drives?

- Try ripping to a local directory, not NAS.

- copy FLAC.EXE to a different location (say, C:\FLAC\FLAC.EXE) and 
adjust the command line in EAC options accordingly.) Here are my

- Try running EAC as Administrator.
