Problem with free data base CDDB?

I signed up and paid my $7 for the database service. Unfortunately, EAC won't allow me to access this feature after purchasing a new computer. No problem.......I'll just pay another seven dollars and I'll have what I need. Nope, they won't allow me to give them some MONEY!!!!
 

 I listen to a great deal of Classical, and the tracks I'm ripping are in the thousands. 
 

 Any help with my problem would be greatly appreciated.
