Cover art download is crashing EAC

Hello All,
 

 As I have been ripping my CD into FLAC,  I also have been downloading the cover art.  Everything was fine till a couple of months ago.  After so many CD's (more than 20) after I selected a cover to transfer I got an unexpected handler error.  Now it is happening ever 3 or 4 CD's.  
 

 Anyone have any idea how to fix this?  
 

 I am using EAC version 1.3  Sept 2, 2016.
