Here's what I use with LAME (in "Additional command-line options" under "Compression options")
 

 -V 2 --add-id3v2 --id3v2-latin1 --pad-id3v2 --ta "%artist%" --tt "%title%" --tg "%genre%" --tl "%albumtitle%"  --ty "%year%" --tn "%tracknr%" --tv "TPE2=%albumartist%" %source% %dest%
 

 

 VBR0 should be "-V 0" but I didn't opt for that to keep filesize "reasonable."
