The problem being that I am an idiot! I hadn't set it to User Defined encoder before browsing to
where I kept my copy of LAME & entering the command line info, so EAC was attempting to apply the
command line to the wrong option & obviously failing. LOL

I shall test the results of my first dual encoding tomorrow, since my neighbours won't appreciate it
at this time of night. :)
