At the very least, Artist, Album Title, Track Title and Track Number. If you're an out-of-control collector like me with a library that goes back decades, it can also be helpful to add something that indicates exactly which version of the album it is, e.g., “Some Album [original 1986 CD]” vs. “Some Album [2016 remaster]”. My entire CD collection (as well as quite a bit of digitized vinyl and tape) is online and organized by Logitech Media Server. I wouldn't be able to find anything without some level of tag standardization. Depending on burning software, tags can also help if you're making a CD and want good CD-Text.
