Adding disk cover when not found on any database

I have a commercial CD for which EAC could find no cover image. I tried
three of the four databases, omitting GD3 since it requires registering for
a 10-CD "free trial" which implies it will begin charging me after I make 10
inquiries.

What I'd like to do is add the correct CD cover which I was able to find via
an Internet search. Can you tell me how to do that?

On a related note, Help seems to be disabled in my installed version of EAC.
Any suggestions as to how to re-enable it?
