Rip CD to Flac with Embedded Cue Sheet

I would like to Rip CD to Flac with Embedded Cue Sheet.I want an archive to be a single file with embedded information including album art and track list.
I need help with the command line option.I've tried the command line listed below but EAC won't compress to Flac.Please help,Much thanks -Cris
