Are you sure you have the original printed CD-extra? 
Maybe it's a copy when only first session has been copied. 
The fact is you can't even SEE the enhanced part, so you can't play it at all. 
Copy comes after...

Yes, this one, one of the Classic Rock Legends Masters From the Vault series, just shows up as an 
audio disc in all my drives.
