Yet under the Oath umbrella there has been the additional problems of email being delayed for 24 hours or more, email being lost etc.  Then there is the privacy issue.  Under Oath’s terms of agreement, you are not allowed to sue for damages or form a class action suit.  You must use an arbitrator.  Oath is also allowed to scan each and everyone of your emails, for the purpose of marketing purposes (and who knows what else).  Any banking or tax information transmitted via email is not immune.
 
If these terms don’t give users question….

This is really nothing more than a email list.  We don't store files as part of the yahoo group.
When I first read Yahoo's email, I was concerned for all the groups I'm part of but really for 
most of them nothing is changing.
