It won't work with WAV fileS. It has to be a single WAV file with CUE 
sheet. Then, yes, you can re-create an audio CD bit-for-bit. Including 
CD-TEXT and ISRC if your burner supports it. The results when scanning 
the burned CD with something like CUETools will show AccurateRip data 
identical to the original.

CD+E and CD+G are not standard audio CDs and so cannot be duplicated 
this way.
