I don't think so…but in my head there'd be no practical way to implement
something like that in a manner meaningfully different from simply
extracting everything. Wouldn't you still wind up reading the entire CD
to perform that test? And in the case of any damage or errors you'd wind
up reading at least some sectors over and over.

On the other hand, while it's not what you're asking about, there's a
way to test accuracy after the fact: CueTools. In several cases, I've
even had it /repair/ the data from discs that were too damaged to read
accurately as well as bad data provided by others who didn't use good
software like EAC. It's pretty close to black magic.
