In this case the issue is not with the mail agent, it is yahoo groups.
Supposidly the footer of the plain text portion of the e-mail was
to now show the instructions.  But, nope, still not there.  My mail agent,
mutt, shows me everything that is in the plain text portion of e-mails.
If it is there, I'll see it.  I can not see what it is not sent.

If we were to switch to groups.io, then things would be fine.
