The EAC default is to "append gaps to previous track", so the only
gap contents that might be lost would be any information "hidden" in the
gap BEFORE track 1. Some CDs have such information but it is non-standard
as CD players are not required to read before track 1. Some cannot. EAC can
be set to attach the gaps to the following track instead, which would
usually leave a few seconds of silence at the start of each track, and
might -- depending on your particular drive -- save the gap info before
track 1. Again, non standard and there are very few CDs that have audio
data in that beginning gap.

Unless you set EAC to "leave out gaps", each track of your rip should have
the gap contents at the end of the track. The only information lost is
not what's IN the gap, but how long it is. If you would be content to
reconstruct the CD from the tracks you can write them to disc with no
additional silence between them, and the result should be exactly as long
as the original CD (apart from any audio "hidden" in the very first gap
before track 1).

I understand the situation, and I don't see the problem. Why do you need to
know how long each gap was, since you have its contents anyway?
