Hello Patrick!
Only 180 and 0 degrees. It's a simple mathematical thing. What happens if
you choose negative volume? The peaks/waveforms get reversed, resulting in a
180dgree phase shift. Think, what would you expect from:
wav * 100% + wave * -100%
They cancel each other out. But for the more complex phase shifts, you need
a plugin or you can always try one of the big synthesizers (SuperCollider,
Csound, PureData, CLM...).
