sorry that it took this long, but your LV2 patches are now merged to
mainline. A big thanks for the contribution!
PS I just pinged liblilv author David about a possible
liblilv-0.5.1 release data. Hopefully that gets released
soon -> we could make LV2 enabled by default if lilv-0.5.1
or newer is found during build time.
