Sweetwater still sells quite a few; I sure you'd have to call them, 
you wouldn't see it on their site or catalogs. I think Ilio still has 
stock of theres. I'd also mention the "e" word (they do auctions) but 
it's all Barbary Coast there, so I don't recommend that.
