You need to backup/move the used instrument as well. Just use either of 
those:
- Project Manager or
- Backup used Instruments of current song (available as a keycommand) or
- EXS Editor > Copy Audiofiles. This will save the EXS patches as well.

After that just place the EXS patches in a place the target machine is able 
to see them (whatever Sampler Instruments folder) and put the samples 
wherever the EXS can find them.
