How to filter out cc#64 to a group?

Hi Folks,
I'm working on a set of bagpipes in the EXS. I have 2 Groups defined.
Group 1- chanter (melodic part of the pipes)
Group 2- Drones

I'd like to have Group 1 (chanter) ignore cc#64 (sustain pedal),  
While group 2 (drones) continues to recognize cc #64 messages - all  
in 1 EXs instrument.

The idea is to keep the drone sounding by holding the sus pedal down  
while the chanter part of the pipes plays in mono-mode, so that the  
left hand is free to access the Mod & Pitch wheels.

Any thoughts?
