Does the GPO use the ModWheel for volume? CC1 is usually the ModWheel  
but you say the volume is down. Volume is usually CC7 (or CC11 if one  
means Expression instead). I am a bit confused, there is no reset- 
preset for volume and that would be a problem in many cases anyway.
