UAD-1 Studio Pak, any opinions on this product?

Hi all,
Am considering purchasing the UAD-1 Studio Pak. Anyone on this list purchased or used 
this product? Any opinions out there on this?

I'm just a little suspicious of how they  can give these plug-ins  names like LA-2A 
compressor, Pultec EQ's etc. Is this just marketing ; - )
