Problem converting GOS gig files to EXS24.

Hi, I received my Garritan Orchestral Srings last week but cannot get the gig files to import or convert to exs files. I copied the Gigasampler files into the Sampler Instruments folder. When I try to load a gig file into the EXS24 I get a dialogue box saying: "insufficient access priveledges for operation REULT CODE = - 5000" This happens for each sample I have tried to load. I'm not sure if my error is mac, logic or GOS related. I'm using a dual 1gig G4 with L7.1.1 on OS 10.3.9 Thanks for any helpful hints.
