One thing that may make Logic behave a bit more like Protools is to change the behaviour of audio region starts. Logic seems to snap to bar lines by default, or keep the same sub-position. But PT seemed to but two audio regions together. You can make Logic do that do by setting the preference in the upper right corner of the arrange window. the other thing, is to set a screen set to the arrange page, and one to the mixer page - to be more like PT > Can you be more specific about your problems?
