I guess the set file owner prevents you from moving the folders/ 
files. I use a utility called "Chop" where I drop such folders and  
change them all at once. Look at similar files, set the Chop  
preferences to the same settings and drag the folder over Chop. That  
usually fixes the problem. It's like executing the appropriate  
command from the terminal.
