adjusting tempo of audio file

I produced a Logic song , dumped it into I-tunes , pulled it back into Logic
in a new arrange window . Nobody at Sweetwater can tell me how to Adjust the
Tempo.......I followed the reference manuals vague
directions........nothing.......I have two training dvd's.......no mention
of this situation in any of them.....I'm at wits end. Any help really
appreciated........thanks!!!!!!
