Hi there,
I've just upgraded to logic 8 and having a couple of issues with groups. I
have grouped 5 tracks of multiple drum takes on DAE channels with region
selection enabled for comping, but when I select regions in tracks 1 and 2,
nothing happens (as if the were not edit grouped) if I select regions in
tracks 3,4 5, it works fine (except nothing happens to tracks 1 and 2).

So its as if channels 1,2 arent grouped and 3,4, 5 are... although all of
them are grouped to 1:drums

My first reaction to this was reset the group by un/regrouping, but when I
selected a new group in the environment... channel strips for tracks 3 and 5
simply disappeared!!! This keeps happening.

is this a song error, a bug, or a very messed up logic 8?? I dont know what
to do!! Everything else seems to be working fine.

If anyone could shed some light on this, that would be great! Thanks in
advance.
