OMG! Have you ever updated the firmware? Been using mine for 7 or 8  
years and never seen it here... Or in the worst case pressing the  
panic button made it work... Now I recall having an issue when  
switching to USB, but I solved it right away by getting a top-quality  
USB cable shielded on both ends... Am I just lucky or what :-) ?
