Do not let any one touch it. Unplug immediately. Send it to 'Drive
Savers' right away. Let them have first crack at it. They are by far
the best. Having just had a terrible loss my self and going thru this
merry go round with a number of companies I can highly recommend them.

BTW - if there is a physical issue with the drives attempting the apps
you mentioned can make matters worse. I have spent many hours with
them and recover 90% of drive problems - but if you tried them and had
no luck chances are its a physical problem.
