Magic ID

Anyone ever seen an error message about a "wrong" or "incorrect"  
Magic ID?

This from a PT session uploaded with attendant audio files - created  
in 7.4 but I'm opening in 7.3 (if that makes a difference)

could it be corrupt due to upload/download?  anything else?
