Message posted by humuk <jack-afv5MR8Y+fFaa/[email protected]>: We've been having problem after problem running our setup of Logic 8/G5 PPC/HD192 in a TDM system, and have been recommended to move away from TDM to a Native set up using an Apogee interface. Doing some research around the net, someone has suggested using the HD192 as a generic interface running in DTDM mode - can someone explain to me how this would work and how to set it up? Would we run all our audio on Coreaudio channels and route them through the ESB bridge to output 1-2 of the HD192? Would it be possible to record in DAE and then mix Natively? We've used our current TDM set up for so long that we need a bit of a refresher in terms of how Core Audio/DTDM work before we start trying to make the switch from TDM.
