Logic 8 install hiccup, quicktime version, any help?

hey all

I have been working out the bugs in my new hd/logic 8 system and hope you
all can help.  somewhere along the line quicktime got updated to 7.5, I
don't know whether the culprit is the logic installer or Itunes or maybe I
updated it by accident.  any users of PT 7.4 Logic Pro 8  on mac OS X Tiger
(10.4.9), would you mind sharing your working quicktime version?  Ference,
