I am on a 4x2.66 intel Mac Pro.  Aside from having to use Kontakt for  
my east West stuff (Kontakt works best as a multitimbral,. so  
patching seperate instruments and  auxes to/from it is time  
consuming) and not using Atmosphere, which I never really connected  
with, I am really enjoying myself. tons of power good stability a few  
oddball bugs, eg, I like to use a disabled track as a spacer between  
instrument groups in the arrange window, if you accidentally click  
the track in automation view it will crash, or chash when you try to  
erase or undo the automation.  However, LP8 has a nice workaround  
feature that  it actually saves a version of the file at the time of  
crash, and that file so far has not appeared to come up corrupted or  
anything weird.  Also I have had a few sessions where the arrange  
view becomes automation regions or blocks, with no audio regions  
represented, although everything plays.  I am sure I hit a random key  
command but can't figure it out.  Making new arrange window and  
closing the automation block window  fixes the issue though.
