I don't think  theres a quick way to do this.  If in the properties  
field of the channel strip in the environment Audio or mixer window  
you change the family of the track to a different audio engine or  
voice all the plug ins and auxes go away.  Id just back up all the  
plug in and instrument settings and then talke a few p[ictures of the  
environment window to use as a reference when  recreating everything.
