Hi there,

Did you have any luck getting in touch with these guys? They're useless I've been trying to get in contact with them over the last few months but they must have went out of business or something because they never return phone calls or emails. I work for a Post Production Company in Dublin and we've been having corrupt database problems for months but I can't get any support. 

I'm so close to putting an axe through this thing!!!
