Maybe just rent another 192 or HD process card, or an assembled  
larger system?  is your obstacle is physical outputs or number of  
voices?  You can theoretically run audio tracks beyond the TDM mixers  
range of voices but you still need to figure out how to get them out  
of the box.  do you have a Core Audio interface, are you planning to  
bus them together through esb?  In either case you may have some  
latency issues depending on your CA interface and computer power.   
Also, If you have not set up a TDM Logic system before (a few times)  
I would definitely not recommend it mid project.   The setup can be a  
bit time consuming.
