I had some anomalies after installing a ProTools "Eleven" plug in. Other PT plugs wouldn't instanciate and other weirdness.

I took out "Eleven" andI threw out Logic and Digi prefs, repaired permissions and all is fine now.
Maybe give that a try if you haven't already.
