Hi

I was checking out the 'Merge with selected regions' and Merge only in cycle record' features from the Settings > Record (midi section).

Do they do the same thing?

If I choose 'Merge with selected regions' and set a cycle of say 1 or 2 bars and press record, record some chords, then once its gone round, record say a melody.

I did the the same thing with 'Merge only in cycle record' and got the same result.

I also noticed that if I chose 'Merge only in cycle record' and record 2 bars without the cycle on, then press stop and press record again, whatever I play over those two bars is merged with what I played before, even though I haven't activated cycle mode?

Has anybody found this?
