Exporting and Importing Comp Audio Files

cagecafe has just posted in the Logic 9 forum of Logic Users Group under the title of Exporting and Importing Comp Audio Files.

Anyone know how to export comp recordings in logic 9 then import them to another logic file ?

I record vocals in one file to keep off the delay issues .
I would like to import them back to the other file for mix.
