Welcome to the group, Cherrymel, I never understood the score in Logic until I bought the "Logic Notation Guide" by Johannes Prischl. Google the names and you will find his web site where you can order the book. It helped me a lot more than the score chapter in the Logic Pro 9 Manual[although you must memorize that as well]. I am not at my music PC at the moment so I can't check it out, but the answer is in one or both of those places I mentioned.
