Many thanks, I did puzzle over that 4/4 bar so thank you for writing again
and putting my mind at rest, no pun intended.
Your help along with Colin's has really sorted the problem out for me and
of course now I realise that I have been doing things completely the wrong
way round anyway. I was trying to write in the time signatures after having
written my piece of music and it all comes together if you write the time
signatures in first! So all of your tips now make sense, thank you for
taking the time to educate me.
