Tie by Position

Logic seems to have deleted the key command for "tie by position". I don't see 
either one in the key window anymore - nor any menu function. I imported 67 midi 
regions, and want them to play sequentially - so they are butted up against each 
other but no overlap and no gap. There does not seem to be  way to do that 
anymore. Am I missing something?
