Hello,

mDay has just posted in the Logic 9 forum of Logic Users Group under the title of Crazy Crossfade Curve Behavior.

This thread is located at http://www.logic-users-group.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4739

Here is the message that has just been posted:

Whenever I crossfade two regions together using the crossfade tool, the "Curve" value in the inspector always changes to some random value. This problem has existed for me ever since switching to Logic 9, however it only used to happen when the first region had a Fade-In and I was trying to crossfade it with another region. But now in 9.1.3 it happens everytime regardless of the first region having a Fade-In or not.

The only "work around" is to not use the crossfade tool and manually select the type of crossfade I want and manually type in the value...but obviously that is clumsy at best and takes an unnecessary amount of time.

Anyone else experience this or have any thoughts? Thanks in advance! :)
