Phase flip on one channel of stereo.

I have a question regarding the phase of a stereo channel.  For what I am trying to accomplish, I need a way to flip the phase of the left or right channel only of a stereo channel, without applying any delay to it.  Does anyone know a way to do this.

I know that in Pro Tools, you can apply a stereo delay and flip the phase of either the right or the left and apply a delay of 0ms, which achieves the action I desire.
