I remember yes. Really fun to read were the posts proclaiming Apple only bought Logic to kill it so there would never be a Logic 6. Ok there was but there would never be a Logic 7 because Apple supposedly only cared about iPhones and iPods. Ok wrong again but certainly there was no hope for a Logic 8. Ok there was but that would really be the final version ever. ;)
Anyway, another difference with 'back in the day' was that we didn't have the logic-users-group.com webforum where most of the stuff is going on these days. Could it be that the automatic notifications of new webforum topics to this mailinglist has been removed? That was the main activity here in the last few months. :)
