LP9 and Ableton Live

Listers,

Has anyone had success using Ableton Live 8, Live LE or Live Intro and exporting to Logic 9?
Did you find the music results worth the time and expense of learning Live?
Seems like a refreshing and different approach to the multitude of options we have at our fingertips.
