Machfive 3 polyphony

Hi

For the life of me I cannot get any polyphony when I open a multi in logic and instantiate a machfive 3 multi in a logic softsynth track.
Has anyone had success doing this?
Or does anyone know where I can buy a tutorial on using the machfive 3?
