SoundDiver requires XSKey to be physically present in one of the USB ports on your system and that's the only requirement I know of. It used to scan the XSKey for SD authorization in beta 1, then in beta 2 they allowed anyone running Logic to use the program. So any XSKey with or without any kind of authorization will do AFAIK.
